Electric wrench is mainly used in steel structure installation industry. It specializes in installing high-strength bolts of steel structure. High-strength bolts are used to connect the joints of steel structure, usually in the form of bolt groups. High-strength bolts can be divided into torsional shear type and large hexagonal type. The national standard torsional shear type high-strength bolts are M16, M20, M22, M24. Now there are also two kinds of non-national standard M27 and M30. The national standard large hexagonal high-strength bolts are M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30 and so on. Generally, the fastening of high-strength bolts should be first tightened and then tightened, and each step requires strict torque requirements. The initial tightening of high strength torsional shear bolts can use impact electric wrench or fixed torque wrench, while the final tightening must use torsional shear wrench; the initial tightening and final tightening of large hexagonal high strength bolts must use fixed torque wrench. Therefore, all kinds of electric wrenches come for various tightening needs.
The electric impact wrench is mainly used to tighten the initial bolt. Its use is very simple, that is, to align the bolt and pull the power switch. Electric twist-shear wrench is mainly used to tighten the twist-shear type high-strength bolt. Its use is to pull the power switch on the alignment bolt until the plum blossom head of the twist-shear type high-strength bolt is interrupted. The electric fixed torque wrench can be tightened both initially and eventually. Its use is to adjust the torque first and then tighten the bolt. Electric angle wrench is also a kind of fixed torque wrench. Its use is to adjust the rotation degree first, and then tighten the bolt. Electric angular wrench is an electric wrench specially designed to fasten the bolts at the angle of the steel frame. Its use is the same as that of electric torsion shear wrench.
